Kati

The immunization record that stays with you

An offline child immunization tracker built on Nigeria’s national schedule — so parents never lose the paper card again.

The problem

Paper cards get lost. Clinic timing slips.

Across Nigeria, a child’s immunization history often lives on a single paper health card. When that card goes missing — or when the next visit date is unclear — parents arrive late, clinics start from scratch, and the schedule is harder to follow. Kati exists to keep that record on the phone parents already carry.

The solution

Birth date in. Full schedule, reminders, and a clinic-ready record.

Enter a child’s birth date and Kati builds the visit plan from Nigeria’s national immunization schedule (NPHCDA). Local reminders surface before each clinic visit. When you get there, you have a clear record to show — not a faded card at the bottom of a bag. Everything stays on the device. No account required.

How it works

Three steps. Nothing to sync.

Designed for parents who need clarity, not another login.

  1. Add your child

Name and birth date — that’s enough to generate the schedule.

  2. See what’s next

Visit by visit, with due dates and dose status you can read at a glance.

  3. Get reminded. Show the record.

Local reminders before clinic day. Export or share a record when you need to show it.

Privacy by design

Children’s health data stays on your phone.

Kati has no backend, no accounts, and no analytics SDK. Profiles and dose records live in on-device SQLite. That is a product decision — not a shortcut — so App Store privacy labels can say data is not collected.

  • No sync server. Nothing uploads in the background.
  • Reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
  • Exports leave the phone only when you share them yourself.
